We combine traditional Physical Therapy Modalities with Manual Techniques and Functional Exercises to help relieve your symptoms due to dysfunction.

Following a serious injury, surgery, or illness, you will need to undergo a rehabilitation program in order to regain your strength, relearn new skills, or find new ways of doings things. The Prehab team will work with you to develop a personalized rehabilitation program to develop strength, mobility and fitness.

Initial Evaluation

Your first visit will consist of an initial evaluation and may last anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 hours. During this time one of our highly skilled Physical Therapists will ask you a series of questions about your symptoms and then conduct non-invasive tests and/or take measurements, such as range of motion or gait, to determine the underlying cause of the dysfunction.

Based on their findings, a customized plan of care with measurable objectives and achievable goals will be created, specifically tailored to your own, individual needs!

Personalized Rehabilitation Program

The Prehab Physical Therapist who clinically assesses your injury will develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.  The goal of physical therapy will vary from patient to patient and injury to injury. For some, the goal will focus on regaining function of a specific joint to the same level as before the injury occurred. Other times, the goal may be very different – for instance, in the case of a stroke, the goal may involve a rehabilitative approach to help restore functionality to a reasonable extent.
